Выпускаются взамен Положения о порядке расследования и учета нарушений в работе объектов ядерного топливного цикла (НП-047-03).
Разработаны на основании нормативных правовых актов Российской Федерации, федеральных норм и правил в области использования атомной энергии, а также с учетом рекомендаций МАГАТЭ.
Приказ Федеральной службы по экологическому, технологическому и атомному надзору от 23 декабря 2011 г. № 736 «Об утверждении и введении в действие федеральных норм и правил в области использования атомной энергии «Положение о порядке расследования и учета нарушений в работе объектов ядерного топливного цикла» зарегистрирован в Минюсте России 19 января 2012 г. № 22965.

Provisions on the Procedure of Investigation and Accounting of Operational Occurrences at Nuclear Fuel Cycle Facilities. NP-047-11
On February 12, 2024, amendments to the Federal Rules and Regulations in the field of atomic energy use "Provisions on the Procedure of Investigation and Accounting of Operational Occurrences at Nuclear Fuel Cycle Facilities" (NP-047-11) approved by Order of the Federal Environmental, Industrial and Nuclear Supervision Service dated of December 23, 2011, No. 736 (registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on January 19, 2012 under the registry No. 22965) are coming into effect with the amendments introduced by Order of the Federal Environmental, Industrial and Nuclear Supervision Service dated of July 15, 2013, No. 310 (registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on August 14, 2013 under the registry No. 29388).
Amendments were introduced to Appendix 2 of NP-047-11 "Categories of Occurrences".
The Amendments were approved by Order of the Federal Environmental, Industrial and Nuclear Supervision Service dated of November 1, 2023, No. 397 (registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on January 30, 2024 under the registry No. 77057).
